I. Product Overview
The electric 3-way ball valve is equipped with an intelligent actuator from the angular travel series and a three-way ball valve, serving as a type of rotary shut-off regulating valve. This electric 3-way ball valve features tight sealing, compact structure, lightweight design, and ease of maintenance. It is primarily utilized in automated pipeline control for corrosive media such as gases, liquids, steam, and oils. The two-seat sealed electric 3-way ball valve boasts a compact design, aesthetic appearance, and excellent sealing performance. This device can effectively switch the flow direction of the medium within the pipeline and connect or close two perpendicular channels. Additionally, the four-seat sealed three-way ball valve presents an attractive shape along with a compact and rational structure. Not only does this electric three-way ball valve facilitate switching between flow directions of the medium; it also allows for interconnection among all three channels while enabling any channel to be closed independently so that the remaining two channels remain connected-thus providing flexible control over the confluence or diversion of media within the pipeline.
II. Main Characteristics
1. Compact design with rapid opening and closing capabilities, featuring a smooth flow path that minimizes fluid resistance.
2. Excellent sealing performance achieved through the use of polytetrafluoroethylene seat material, which allows for elastic deformation to ensure a leak-free seal.
3. Versatile valve functionality: any port can serve as an inlet without leakage, and configurations can be adapted into L-shaped or T-shaped ports as needed.
4. Simplified maintenance: once system pressure is relieved, the entire valve body can be easily removed for inspection and servicing.

IV. Control Methods
The electric three-way ball valve is categorized into L-type and T-type, with the flow direction of the medium illustrated in the figure below. The L-type electric three-way ball valve is designed for initial changes in the medium's flow direction, allowing for connection between two vertical channels. Conversely, the T-type three-way ball valve facilitates medium diversion, confluence, or flow direction switching; its design enables interconnection among all three channels or allows for connectivity between any two channels. Typically, electric three-way ball valves employ a two-seat structure but may also utilize a four-seat configuration based on user specifications.
